What services do you offer?
At Mosaic Virginia, we offer medical care with compassion, including pregnancy testing, ultrasounds and STD/STI testing. We also offer additional support services including pregnancy education classes, referrals to local agencies and resources. All of our services are free and confidential. Book an appointmentat one of our four locations in the DMV.
How much is a pregnancy test?
At Mosaic Virginia, all of our services and support are completely free, including pregnancy tests and ultrasounds. We want to alleviate any financial pressure you may be feeling right now. You don’t need health insurance to come to Mosaic. We are supported by funds from donors that want to help women from the DMV area. Contact us to book an appointment.
I just found out I’m pregnant. What do I do now?
If you’re pregnant, you have 3 primary options:
Parenting
Adoption
Abortion
Each option comes with its own set of challenges. One choice is not harder or easier than another. Its important to explore each option before you decide on one.
We want to make sure you have access to free medical services, information and resources to make the best decision for you. No judgment. No pressure.
Can I bring someone with me to my appointment?
Yes, you are welcome to bring a guest or friend with you to your appointment at Mosaic Virginia. If your partner would like to attend, we also provide services and support for men.
Where can I get a free ultrasound in Northern Virginia?
Mosaic Virginia offers free ultrasounds in Northern Virginia at four clinics:
Alexandria
Fairfax
Herndon
Lansdowne

How do I know if I'm pregnant?
If you are pregnant, you might be experiencing some common symptoms, including:
Tender, swollen breasts
Nausea/vomiting
A missed period
Food aversions or cravings
Increased urination

I think I’m pregnant. Should I get an ultrasound too?
If you think you’re pregnant, yes its a good idea to get an an ultrasound. Having an ultrasound can tell you three important things:
Whether you have a viable pregnancy
Where the pregnancy is located
How far along you are (gestational age)
